Musculoskeletal Injury, (MSI), is defined as an injury or disorder of the muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints, nerves, blood vessels or related soft tissue injuries including sprains, strains and inflammation that may be caused or aggravated by work. MSI is a common type of workplace injury in all industries where day-to-day activities such as lifting, reaching and repeating movements, can burden our bodies.

Course Description
This 25 minute, multi module course identifies the roles and responsibilities of Managers, Supervisors and Employees in establishing a safe workplace; the signs, symptoms, progression and treatment of MSI; how to identify, assess and control risk; workplace injury incident reporting; and key injury prevention tips including proper lifting techniques and other preventative practices. A brief quiz is presented at the end of the course with the ability to review and retry with the objective of reaching 100%.
